It is with deep pride and gratitude that I keep on safeguarding the vision that I adopted with my two brothers (my two brothers: Ghanem Ali Bin Hamoodah, and Hamoodah Ali Bin Hamoodah — May God Have mercy on both), as the three Founders of Bin Hamoodah Group of Companies.

Since our early beginnings, our journey has been rooted in values that define both our family and our culture including integrity, responsibility, resilience, and a commitment to serve. These principles guided us as we laid the foundations of our Group and continue to shape every decision we make today.

Bin Hamoodah Company LLC is the Holding Company that stands as the cornerstone of Bin Hamoodah Group, and a symbol of unity and continuity. It is where we keep on safeguarding our legacy while guiding the sustainable growth of our diverse businesses of our subsidiaries and associates in the Group.

From our HQ in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, we strive to lead with insight, ensuring that every subsidiary reflects the highest standards of governance, performance, and responsibility. Besides, our strategic focus is to invest in efficient and competent people who share the vision and value and relentlessly implement our strategies within the Group.
