Who We Are
Bin Hamoodah Company LLC (BHC), established in 1983, is the Holding HQ of Bin Hamoodah Group of companies with diversified industries in the United Arab Emirates, an authentic UAE family-owned enterprise with a good reputation, already ran its businesses since 1966, through its first commercial arm called Bin Hamoodah Trading & General Services LLC, and united under a vision of focusing on excellence and integrity, and strengthening resilience and sustainable development.
Serving as the cornerstone of the Family enterprise, we in BHC provide strategic governance, robust quality assurance, and oversight to ensure every subsidiary operates at the highest standards of performance and accountability.
Our role goes beyond business. We are committed to fostering harmony, transparency, and alignment among all Family members as concerns the Holding Company and its subsidiaries and associates in the Group. Moreover, we manage and guide board memberships across the Group, where the majority of each board comprised of the Family members — ensuring that leadership remains consistent with our shared values and legacy.
On the other side, by balancing sound governance with a strong family ethos, we aim to preserve national heritage, strengthen inter-generational bonds, and create lasting impact across industries that we belong to, and communities that we serve.
